Lina Banane was born in the last few days of 1996 with a name that sounded too much like bananas.
A lot happened and then in 2019 she got her B.A. in Communications Design at the Hochschule Düsseldorf (Peter Behrens School of Art).

She gave animation and comic workshops, read her comics at festivals, sold at and helped organizing comic fairs, and designed and illustrated for marketing jobs.

Lina currently studies Illustration (M.A.) at the HAW Hamburg and is a freelance illustrator and designer.
She is a storyteller, loves handlettering and knows that everything is better with humor.
